As we start summer, so many people that I talk to are feeling overwhelmed by trying to navigate the chaos of summer and have decided to push their fitness and nutrition plans until the fall. This is a mistake. Even if you can’t do everything you want to do, that doesn’t mean you can’t do anything. And any progress is better than no progress.
