Ironically, these medications can actually make heartburn worse and contribute to SIBO and dysbiosis in your microbiome.

But there' so much more to heartburn than just dysbiosis or low stomach acid. In today's episode we'll dive into the three categories of causes for heartburn: functional, structural and immunological.
