Mercury retrograde is a topic that generates a lot of interest and stress. However it can be a beneficial time for review and renewal. Rather than blaming external factors, it is important to take responsibility and use the retrograde period to reevaluate and improve various aspects of life. The retrograde period in August spans from the 5th to the 28th, with a shadow period before and after. The retrograde starts in Virgo, emphasising the need for organisation, and then moves into Leo, encouraging confidence and leadership. It is a time to refine communication and reconnect with oneself and others.
