Jay shares his journey from growing up between the Philippines, San Diego, and Hawaii to becoming a standout high-school athlete with dreams of professional football. After an ACL tear ended his career, he stepped into entrepreneurship—launching a music licensing company, producing large-scale events, and navigating fame, anxiety, and internal dissonance. Major personal losses in 2013 pushed him toward deeper self-understanding, eventually guiding him to the transformational work he does today.
