aIf  you've ever asked yourself if you were good enough, if you've ever questioned why you got a job promotion or if you've ever felt like a fraud this episode might be for you. On this week's episode, I talked about imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome can produce feelings of unworthiness, and inadequacy. I analyzed the different types of imposter syndrome and discussed how acknowledging these feelings is the first step in dealing with imposter syndrome.
