A well-respected ambassador, passionate fundraiser, dedicated charity trustee, and above all, a proud mum and grandmother - joins us to share the powerful story of her granddaughter Lily’s brain tumour diagnosis.
In ep. 1 we dive into conversations about purpose after retirement, navigating grandparenting with compassion and boundaries, and Hayley’s incredible work as a campaigner and advocate.
Hayley provided some invaluable advice and spoke widely around mental health and well-being in the second half of our recording and we really wanted to release it.
The GlioBabes, a podcast created by two young women who were both diagnosed with brain tumours at a young age. Mel and Mol are creating a safe space to talk about their experiences and to raise awareness of brain tumours and ill health within the young population.
