Maaike de Laat is senior UX designer bij ontwerpbureau Silo in Den Haag. Vroeger had ik op Twitter vaak discussies met Maaike over de rol van designers en developers. Het leek mij interessant om weer eens met elkaar te praten om te zien of het nog steeds op een discussie uit zou lopen.
Tot nu toe vind ik het juist leuk om me heel erg te verdiepen in een onderwerp en me een paar maanden later weer heel erg te verdiepen in een heel ander onderwerp.
Dat viel mee. In dit prettige gesprek hebben we het over de verschillen tussen haar huidige baan en de vorige. We hebben het over het materiaal van het web, en we vragen ons af in hoeverre ontwerpers dat materiaal moeten begrijpen. We hebben het over onderzoek doen naar je gebruikers. En over veel en veel meer. Luister (of lees) zelf maar.
