We're excited to have Deak Dollard join us on the 'cast to chat about his passions and some life stories. Deak has pretty much done it all: smoke-jumping, artist, art teacher, cop, and now works for the Bureau of Land Management as his main job but is a bronze metal sculpture as well! He currently is working on an 16' eagle for a school nearby in Wyoming. Deak shares with us the behind the scenes of what it takes to make a bronze sculpture, which is truly fascinating to learn about. Then, we talk about his days as a smoke-jumper and some of his other many occupations. It was truly a delight to have Deak join us, and we can't wait to have him back on!
