With a long career in technology and business operations, Conor has worked in banking, insurance, outsourcing and state sectors and has held the position of CEO of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board for four years. His experience in Financial Services spans technology, outsourcing, business transformation and strategic planning - Conor was the Chief Operating Officer of Friends First and Capita Asset Services and has deep knowledge of technology and how to leverage this to improve customer service and solve business problems.
