When the student...becomes the host! Jill was blown away by #blendybusiness entrepreneur and 10 year stylist Erin Ray. Erin is a brilliant artist, she is always learning and taking classes to be completely up to date on the latest trends and techniques in hair color & care. Last time we spoke with Erin Ray she was heading to teach in Las Vegas. Jill invited her to Alexandria to teach a 2 day, sold out class in her new salon. The experience proved that education is needed, wanted and necessary in this ever evolving industry!
