In this episode, I’m getting real and personal as I dive into my recent trip to visit my dad. I’ve always been the black sheep, and our family dynamics have been, well, complicated. However, he surprised me this time.

- My Airport Reflections: After leaving him, I sat down at the airport to journal and process everything. I share those raw thoughts with you, including the mixed emotions of relief and sadness and my reflections on healing and growth after time apart from family.
