This collective message comes to you through great courage, sacrifice, transformation, and rebirth. Shame has always been such a big theme in my life. Its been that helping hand, always there for me, to wipe my tears while ironically creating more. It has been the source of my self esteem, self-doing and undoing, and it has left me undoubtedly tired. 

When I decided I was fed up, God led me to a threshold and told me shame could not enter. I had to pick, me, or the shame, and I courageously chose me. In the very face of immense, and intense fear that created this deep wound in the first place. I was brave, and I want you to know you can be, too. I hope this message finds you well, and penetrates through the deep layers of you to get you on the other side of shame. I hope it brings you to joy! Enjoy 💖
