Hi, I am Maria. A nature loving herbalist and science obsessed Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. I have been thinking about how to heal complex conditions since age 13. I spent years laying bed stressing about all the ways the modern medical system was failing to heal us. I have also spent countless hours watching documentaries, reading textbooks and journal articles until everything finally clicked into place. I realized that if I wanted to find freedom in my health and life I had to commit to focusing on whole-being wellness. I finally was able to create a holistic health plan that fit me. It was filled with simple strategies that I could actually stick with because they were fun and fulfilling. And I am so ready to share these skills, perspective shifts and a truly healing lifestyle with you all.
