Our guest for this episode is Jennifer Taylor who is a Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager. She works with folks who have recently been inpatient psych hospital or in drug treatment. Jen tells us, "I support their healthcare goals with referrals to providers, getting needed medical equipment, transportation to doctors and helping getting prescriptions filled". Jen adds, " My hope for post pandemic is a world where there is more unity and compassion, more appreciation for fellowship".
