Family Therapy (Part 1)

Why do we always end up arguing with our family? Why is it that, even when we have so much to say, we go silent when we finally meet?Behind every “why” lies a story — sometimes one only we remember, sometimes one everyone knows but no one speaks of.Family therapy isn’t about teaching love. It’s about creating space for each family member to tell their story, to speak, and to be heard. When everyone can listen and talk with patience, we begin to see how different our thoughts are — and how similar our feelings can be. In that moment, we start seeing not just the struggles, but also the places where we can help one another.
