Kitty shares how her dream began in her own kitchen during Covid — driven by a simple vision: to create something different from the rest. From perfecting her signature crepe cakes to becoming the banana-pudding star of the city, she’s turned humble beginnings into a full-fledged café experience that quite literally brings the café to you.
Along the way, we laugh about my undeniable obsession with her banana pudding (yes, she calls me out on it 😅), talk about the power of creativity, and explore her philosophy of “making do with what you have.”
