Being the first community college podcast in the state of California, as well as airing through 1 of 3 black-owned public access radio stations, we hope to also promote diversity, unity, and community through our platform.

Ubaldo speaks on his own personal journey as well, utilizing every resource as much as possible but also touches on the highs & lows of getting to where he's at today mentally. And how the mental health journey especially for men, doesn't have to be a journey alone.
