Ian Crampton, Director at Ferndown Estates in Birmingham, opened his estate agency 20-years ago in 2003 with his father, John. Since then they have gone on to see many changing markets and have even scooped some awards along the way, including Gold for the Letting Agent (Landlord) in West Midlands at The ESTAS 2023 and Gold for Sales in The Guild Awards 2023. As the exclusively chosen Guild Member in Marston Green, Ian spoke to Iain McKenzie about his experiences in the area as well as introudicing the inaugural Sanjay Cup Golf Tournament.
