In today's episode, Tommy and KT dive into encapsulating capabilities to help better understand the mind of being a responsible citizen. In the first segment of the show, both Tommy and KT talk about how social and personal capabilities are the cornerstone of developing self-discipline in due time. Kt touches on information technology, while Tommy talks about the intercultural understanding of how one must understand their environment in a specific culture using a holistic approach.

The second half of the show expands on those topics focusing on four main approaches. You will hear what self and social awareness means to the viewer along with the development process. We also drop a source worksheet for the viewers out there to get the most out of their growth and development.
