We believe youth coaches hold a valuable position in a player’s life. Coaching kids can be a daunting venture by itself, without all the additional factors that seem to be attached. By sharing our experiences, conversations, and input from others who hove roles in youth sports, we hope this podcast will encourage, enlighten, and maybe inspire a desire to impact lives and coach beyond the game.
