Apologies for the radio (podcast) silence, it’s been a hectic few weeks, with Alex having a pretty scary accident and injuries to suit. But, in typical fashion, as soon as he was able to, he got back on top of things and we come to you with a great guest this week, one that we podcasted with over a year ago…and then lost the recording…we don’t mention it anymore.
