“I DESERVE THIS!”

Do you ever find yourself making the statement, “I deserve this” in regard to your food choices?

If you’ve ever been on any diet, then the answer is probably a resounding “YES!”

In the diet culture world it is so common to stick to your diet until you just can’t stand it anymore, and then reward yourself with food.

Maybe that’s a little treat at night.  Maybe that’s a Big Mac, Fries, a large coke, all chased down with a peanut butter fudge sundae….  EITHER WAY you are sending yourself the WRONG MESSAGE.

Your diet isn't going to be sustainable if you are continually looking for ways to eat off plan.
