It's OK for Weight Loss to Feel UNCOMFORTABLE

One of the biggest reasons we start or stop any diet is DISCOMFORT.

No matter how you look at it, our discomfort is leading us towards or away from our diets. When we start to feel uncomfortable in our jeans, uncomfortable with the number on the scale, or uncomfortable with the results of our latest check-up, we go on a "diet", but when that diet makes us feel deprived and unhappy when considering all of the foods we want and can't have, most of us will eventually stop dieting.

The pursuit of comfort controls this yo-yo, and if you keep mindlessly giving into these impulses and pursuing comfort, you will stay completely STUCK in this endless pattern.
