Overeating is a common problem that affects most of us at one time or another, especially when we are trying to lose weight and battle the bulge!  Whether it's snacking on junk food while binge-watching TV, stress-eating snacks at the end of a long day at work, overindulging in your favorite comfort foods, or living it up ( a little too much!) at that party or social event, the reasons behind this behavior can be complex and multifaceted. Overeating can lead to negative consequences such as weight gain, low self-esteem, and an increased risk of chronic diseases. In this podcast, we'll explore the reasons why we overeat, (BUT not the things you might think! I am not going to push the old food journal or talk about meal prepping in this one!), the impact it can have on our health, and practical real-life tips and strategies to help you overcome this challenge and achieve a healthier relationship with food. This is a totally off-the-cuff unscripted coaching session where I will be talking to you exactly like I would talk to one of my clients, or my best friend sitting on my couch! So, let's dive in, get real, and discover how to slay the overeating dragon once and for all!
