It’s a common question I get asked, if I’m not on a diet, then what?

And I get it, for most of us we’re so used to thinking that to make changes to our nutrition we need to restrict what we’re eating, go without & deprive our body.

But what if I told you that there is absolutely another way?

In this week’s podcast, I’m chatting about one of the philosophies that underpin the way I approach nutrition & how you too can use this approach to flip your thinking around nutrition so you don’t need to be on a diet to eat better, feel better & lose weight.
