
Food for me got so complicated. Somewhere between my teens & early 30’s I lost trust within my own self and I let the food industry, the diet industry have control over what I ate. I thought that others knew what was better for me when they actually knew nothing about me.
Finally, I realised that it really shouldn’t be that way.
We know deep down how to truly nourish & fuel our bodies. How to eat well. It’s just somewhere along the way it has been clouded with beliefs & stories that we need to look externally rather than internally, that we need to make it more complicated than it really is.
