
Food is just food.
Yet we can attach so much meaning to it when we eat something we feel we ‘shouldn’t’ be eating. This can then spiral into a loop of guilt & shame.
Where if you are anything like I used to be would end up with me eating ‘badly’ for the rest of the week or weekend & then thinking I’ll start again on Monday!
