
In this week's episode, I take you back to me around 6 years ago, where I was before I really started paying attention to what I was eating.
You see it wasn’t until I gained awareness of just how much sugar I was really having, that I was really alarmed & concerned about the effect it was having on my body but then also the impact it was having on my boys.
If I had stayed on course to what I was eating back in 2015 it would have been a completely different trajectory to what myself & my boys are now eating & our long-term health.
