
Right now, if you’re living in lockdown like I am, it can be super challenging.
We can not control what is happening externally to us, how long the lockdown will last, what people are or aren’t doing. And don’t get me started on the news!
Yet, I know for myself, if I focus too much on what is happening externally I can end up going in a downward spiral.
So in this week’s podcast, I’m chatting about how I am managing my mindset during this lockdown as we enter into week 8. How I’m focusing on my internal state & what I can do, as this is what’s helping me show up the best I can for myself & my little family daily.
