Top American and Russian diplomats in Saudi Arabia sidelined Ukraine and its European supporters as Trump later suggested that Kyiv was to blame for the war, Zelenskyy in response saying the U.S. president was trapped in a Russian disinformation bubble. European leaders held a second meeting in Paris on Wednesday to discuss concerns over security on the continent.
