IT Desk is a podcast where comedians use their improvisational skills to bring humor to the often frustrating experience of tech support calls. In each episode, a comedian plays the role of a tech support agent while interacting with a caller (played by another guest) who is seeking help with a technical issue. The tech support agent must think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to the caller's problems, all while incorporating humor into the conversation.
