Andy Plimer - Peer to Peer Review
This week’s guest is Andy Plimer
Andy is the host and creator of The Rugby Coach's Corner Podcast, which he started in 2015.
He has recorded over 100 interviews with coaches such as Wayne Smith, Michael Cheika, Eddie Jones, Pierre Villepreux, and many more.
He's currently working on creating an online coaching course titled EVOLVE Rugby, based on a lot of the key learnings acquired from hosting the podcast.
Originating from Australia but based in Canada, Andy has been coaching for over 15 years across a wide variety of levels, ranging from minis to high school, university, regional age grade rep, senior men's club and rep, and national u17.
His current roles include coach development and assistant coach at the Montreal Irish RFC, assistant coach at the Toronto Arrows Regional Academy, and coaching his kids in u12, u10, and u6.
The Rugby Coaches Corner was the first ever Podcast I listened to, so I was really excited to chat with Andy.
