Peter O'Donnell - The Lineout Lab
This weeks guest is Peter O’Donnell
Peter is based in Dublin and is the founder of The Lineout Lab.
He has coached all levels of rugby including schools, club rugby, Leinster Pathway, and Ireland Women’s.
Peter competed his Masters in S and C and is currently studying to be a teacher.
This was a great chat with Peter, and we chatted about keeping sessions enjoyable and his coach development.
He gives us a run down on the Lineout Lab as well as sharing some tips for coaches that are coaching the Lineout throw.
