
In this episode, the first 'solocast', I briefly tap into the concept of physical practices containing things that cross over into other aspects of life; asking 'If or What does your practice give you beyond the practice itself?'
This idea has constantly intrigued me, and provides one of the major check-ins for my training and the coaching of others.
