Specifically about wanting to do well in a martial arts tournament and what are the key ingredients that's necessary in order to succeed in that arena.
Later Kim talks about the reaction when one does not earn the results they were hoping for in tournament competition. Placed 8th when you thought you may have placed 1st? Many of us been there. Was it our fault, was there something missing or was there an off day?? Kim will give his opinions on the matter and gives suggestions that will make the warrior in you get back in the ring and try again!
