We kick it with the birthday girl SLI in this latest instalment of The Kulcha Podcast.

SLI, being in a very candid mood during this conversation, as she celebrated her birthday, reflects and opens up about her journey as an artist, where it begun and where she is now.

From the tender age of 14, SLI new she wanted to be an artist. In the chat, she talks about her influences, developing confidence and dealing with discouragement from a young age. We talk and define "blowing up", her position in the game and her views on female hip hop in the country.

As a Durban native that now resides in Pretoria, SLI takes the time to weigh in on the on-going debate about which city has better rappers between PTA and DBN.
