We sat down with Carlisa Johnson and talked about the lack of size inclusivity amongst major fashion brands, the Megan Thee Stallion collab with Fashion Nova, and why a lot of people still buy from fast fashion retailers, even when knowing the damage it perpetuates within the industry.  

Carlisa Johnson is a multimedia journalist based in Atlanta. She is currently a graduate student at Georgia State University and an alumna of Agnes Scott College and Arizona State University.  Her work focuses on race and gender politics, specifically highlighting experiences within the African Diaspora.
