The song of the wreck poem by Charles Dickens - The Late Night Poems

This episode is about 19th century's most famous novelist Charles Dickens.

He was an English writer, who wrote several famous novels like Oliver Twist, David Copperfield, Paperwick Papers and many more.

But how many of you know that he was poet too, he wrote so many ballads and sonnet for his plays that he produced.

And in today episode I'm going to read one of his ballad "The song of the wreck", story of shipwreck and its survivors.

Among those survivors there was an innocent child too who survived survived harsh weather until the Shipman couldn't decide whether they should take a boy with them or not.
