Employers sometimes hesitate in employing people who retire for a number of reasons, first of which is the obvious age. Age discrimination is the primary reason that many retirees do not get hired, lack of usable skills is another factor in getting hired. But by far the main reason that people don’t get hired after retiring is the attitude of content or resent.
