It's Thanksgiving week and we are officially in the holiday season! In this week's episode, I am giving you some of my top tips and things to take with you this week and through the holiday season. I personally don’t believe in restricting yourself or obsessing over your tracking/macros on Thanksgiving but I do believe in making choices that help you feel your best - and that’s what I want to help you with in this episode. It’s meant to help you not go too overboard so that you end the day feeling great and you wake up the next day feeling just as good - if not better!
