The Next Step Movement with Alex Bradley

Alex Bradley is a Physical Therapist's Assistant, Personal Trainer, and Coach. He joins the show to tell his story of grappling with mental health, and how movement and community saved his life after navigating losing his best friend to suicide and simultaneously going through a divorce.

Alex has started what's called The Next Step Movement based entirely on raising awareness and raising money for various charities in the mental health and suicide prevention space. On August 31st of 2025 he will begin a walk from Austin, TX to Oregon City, OR.
