Dr. Mark Thomas spent years living in Palestine as an activist driven by the values of reconciliation and justice. In this conversation, he discusses the daily violence and oppression he witnessed, as well as his own experiences of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD). Highlighting his commitment to normalizing mental health, Mark emphasizes the importance of honesty and vulnerability as he tries to find a balance between radical activism and self-care and healing.
