Most people would just see Dan Lucchini as crazy. He goes to sleep at 6:30pm and wakes up around 1:30am each day to train.


He goes to unbelievable lengths during races ... you'll soon hear... further than you and I would go 😂 and he is the most driven person I have ever met!


In this episode, we talk about his WHY and what makes him tick. 


Dan’s story is much deeper than fast running times and early alarms. With Master’s degrees in both Strength & Conditioning and Counselling, he brings serious depth to his running, run coaching and life philosophy. He’s about chasing sustainable performance: physically, mentally and emotionally, but most importantly leaving it all out there and putting heart and soul into everything he does.
