🎙 Episode 182: Other Side Lifestyle with Jim Hallinan (@jimmynutrition)
💠What if the real key to better health isn’t your macros — it’s your mindset?
This week, Marcos and Seamus sit down with Jim Hallinan — longtime educator, nutrition coach, and founder of Inside Out — for a powerful conversation about what really drives sustainable health, growth, and mindset change.
Jim brings over 25 years of experience teaching health and phys ed, plus a master’s in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition, and it shows. Together, they break down the why behind our habits — exploring how identity, values, and mindset shape everything from what’s on your plate to how you show up for yourself every day.
The crew also digs into the real-life challenges of coaching, teaching young adults about food, navigating misinformation in the supplement industry, and breaking free from old food associations. It’s a grounded, values-based look at nutrition, health, and self-improvement — not just for your body, but for your peace of mind.
