In this episode I had the privilege of interviewing Tommy DeLong.

From humble beginnings in a trailer house, Tommy was an athlete growing up and played multiple sports. His father and grandfather were in construction, so he grew up with that being a constant influence in his life.

After college he pursued sports marketing, but eventually got back into outdoor living construction, in which he has grown his current company from zero to over 2 million in 2.5 years.

He's a husband and father, he loves Jesus and reading, and enjoys coaching his sons in youth sports.
