REP. SCOTT BOTTOMS JOINS TODAY AT 1 Not only is he running for Governor, he's also been dragged into the fray with Victor Marx. Marx said on Ryan Schuiling's show yesterday (You should listen to that interview here) that Bottoms had not only asked Marx not to run, but had also offered him a position as Lt.
