S5 Episode 2: How to prevent, recognise and treat burnout with Dr Claire Ashley

Hello everyone! Happy April!

This week's episode is perfect for this time of year when it is Spring and we're all feeling exhausted from winter. Post pandemic, burnout has reached record levels in staff working in healthcare around the world.

Dr Claire Ashley is a GP, burnout specialist and clinical entrepreneur on a mission to help overwhelmed professionals, entrepreneurs and businesses to recognise, prevent and overcome burnout and other mental wellbeing problems in the workplace. In this episode, we cover how to recognise burnout, how we can prevent and treat it.

** Our Spring conference is on 10th May in Cambridge **
