The heart electromagnetic field is far wider than the brain’s. This can span feet or even almost a mile away from your body. This meditation works intensively on the heart centre and I also keeps the brain in good shape. The breath is long and deep and conscious. To end the meditation a cleansing and detoxifying breath is done. You make your lips into an O shape and breath in and out of the mouth rapidly and strongly. Three long deep breaths with a 15 sec hold and a cannon like exhale through the mouth is the end of this cleansing process. Please squeeze a lemon in a glass of water. Put it by your bedside and the next morning when you wake up sip it. Brush your teeth or rinse your mouth to protect your teeth’s enamel.
