Carried the weight. Felt the ache. Now passing on the light because you are not alone. 💗 Hiii! Welcome to The Mental Wealth Glow Theory, a podcast with yours truly Diya Hareesh. I created this podcast to help students all around the world with the stress and negativity of school. School gets so busy and chaotic, so much so that it's hard to keep your mental health, well healthy. You are not alone; I've been in your place (many times 😔). However, now it's my turn to share all the tips and tricks I've accumulated over the years, and this podcast will help you maintain a healthy mental space in every possible aspect. Welcome to the show! 💗

Hi guys! I'm back with another episode; how is everyone doing?
This week we are talking about getting back on track whether that be with academics, sports, or even your whole life. Trust me I've been there, you've been there (since your listening), we have ALL been there. This is a universal experience and that's because we are HUMAN. Not robots but we are humans with emotions, and stress capacities and thresholds that burn us out when met. So, this week I came up with an 8-step checklist to help us get back on track.
Feel free to reach out if you have questions, requests, or anything you would like to discuss. My email is thementalwealthglowtheory@gmail.com
Thank you all for all of the love I much appreciate each and everyone of you. It's really amazing how my singular voice can reach students all across the world so thanks to you guys for supporting and listening!!
P.S. I sound a little sick so sorry in advance for the poor audio! :(
