Geez this week’s episode is a doozy, with our regular nostalgia and fun, and a story from Fonz that will have you crying with laughter.

First we wanted to start with a thank you to some of our Midlifers who have put some pep in our step by supporting us, and reaching out to us when we were a bit down with the struggles of being a small, independent podcast.  You Midlifers came to the rescue with your kind words and support - thanks so much 💖

Fonz went to see Oasis recently and was the meat in the middle, and got an unexpected kiss - she just wanted to watch the show! But a good question came out of it - do you actually know the full lyrics to a song…or just think you do?

Our first segment, Then & Now, has us looking at side hustles.  From Tuppaware & Bessemer parties in the 80’s, to Feet Finder & Only Fans today, side hustles have evolved, and it looks like there is something for everyone!  

In our Who Did it Better Battle, we have two Ben Stiller comedies from the late 90’s and early 2000s - There’s Something About Mary vs Zoolander.  Both hilarious movies with some truly memorable scenes that had us howling - but which movie did it best?

So, grab a cuppa, sit back and laugh with us as we head down memory lane.  Fonz & Mez & our lovely Midlifers!
